A few weeks before this, there was a fully-loaded 5-unit well car in the same spot, so it seems that CP is perhaps using this as a RIP track? I agree, it’s odd. I found it really strange for it to even be sitting there. I can't really see it developing a fault though, but anything is possible, but knowing the TTC, they probably wanted that back as soon as possible. Why it was set out is a mystery to both you and me.
