	<title>Comments on: Southern Ontario is finally having a &#8220;normal&#8221; winter&#8230;a little snow on the ground, and mostly below zero temps. It&#8217;s nothing like what they&#8217;re getting in Muskoka where Bracebridge got another 45cm overnight. A KCS leader is still a bit of a novelty, and there is a rumour around that when the new units start arriving, a lot of KCS units are going back to their lease holders. I have no idea if that one is true, but a chance to catch 2 leading Detroit-Toronto 134 with the snow flying makers it special.</title>
