<title>Comments on: Splash! An unscrupulous motorist has driven deliberately through a large puddle to splash Mark just as he gets a shot of CN 584 leaving the yard to head for the Talbot Spur. The GP38&#8242;s (GTW 4927-CN 4700) had come in earlier that day on 438 from Windsor and then swapped power with one of the Racecourse-assigned pairs of engines (CN 4791-4774). The next day they would swap back (the GTW engine heading back to Windsor on 439) when CN 4791 developed radio problems. This is the first time in a long time that there has been anything resembling &#8216;foreign&#8217; (non-CN) power on the Talbot spur. It was brief, but much appreciated!</title>
