L531 is usually run with 421&#039;s trailing unit and cars for the B&amp;P that 421 sets off at Port Rob.  421 then terminates at Fort Erie where it&#039;s power is used on the overnight L539/L538 turn to CSX Buffalo Frontier Yard.  330&#039;s power usually only runs an overnight turn to Fort Erie as L564.</description>
