But I question the introduction of semi-permanently coupled 5 car "train sets." Doesn't anyone remember the introduction of the 5 car sets of Tempo equipment. It was almost overnight that CN realized they need only 3 cars on some runs and 8+ on others. Where is the flexibility with this equipment? It is great to see VIA purchasing new equipment, but is that what the market really needs? Time will tell. Great pictured though!! Beautiful looking equipment.
