Comments on: “That’s not a GO Train!” After finishing their morning switching duties in the east end (likely around the Don Yard/Portlands/harbourfront area), CN local #543 with GP9RM’s 4112 and 7007 trundles through the Union Station Rail Corridor past Toronto Union Station, returning to Mimico Yard as light power. This local job, originating at Mimico, would often head east past Union in the morning, finish its switching, then come back west in the late morning or early afternoon when traffic was lightest.
