Comments on: TH&B SW9 58 rests at Chatham Street Roundhouse. Built at GMD London in January 1951, the 58 would be sold to Atlas Steel for scrap in May 1988, but would avoid the torch, being sold to the Brandywine Valley Railroad in Pennsylvania as BVRY 8206. Actually, those units were not sold to Atlas Steel. They were sold 5/25/1988 to Tony Andrusevich c/o Atlas Steel. He acquired old TH&B snow plow(s)too. Never looked better!
