	<title>Comments on: The 3628 is westbound with an 18 car midday extra trailed by van 79022.  The MLW RS-18 was built as a group of 54, 3617 &#8211; 3670, built in the second half of 1957 as class MR-18b following the successful demonstration of the 3615 and 3616 beginning in December 1956.  Built 8-1957 serial 82139, the unit was geared for 75 mph and equipped with dynamic brakes. It was assigned to Moncton, NB in August 1979.</title>
