Comments on: The 5357 has it’s train of tanks on the move out of the East Edmonton siding to finish the last leg of the trip to Walker yard. The puddle notes the very heavy rain in the area just before Father’s Days last year. Oddly enough, same thing this year, just after Father’s Day. Both rain gauges in the backyard caught 40mm in the last 24hrs. Get those lawnmower’s ready.

Excellent eye David. When looking at the original photo, it appears a bolt has snapped off the part that bolts onto the truck frame. Rather than drill it out, they took the easy route. :-)

Thanks Jason. I know there have been a few 40's caught and tamed for industrial yard service at Fort. Saskatchewan. I like catching them still in the wild and in charge of a train. You are right though, this is getting tough to do. Thank goodness for the work trains during summer. :-)
