Comments on: The afternoon Galt Job with CP GP7u 1501 and SW1200RS 8161 have just set-off cars at the interchange (South Junction) with CN in Kitchener, Ontario. The units are slowly approaching the Hayward Avenue crossing and will soon reverse and head to the opposite end of the interchange where they will lift any cars that CN had left for them, before returning back to Galt on the Waterloo Subdivision.

Thank you, good to know. I did indeed shoot them at Sportsworld drive so it would have been the Hagey job.

@Stephen in 2002 the pups were only really working Hagey, not the Galt job. In 1995 there was no Hagey pre-trip yard, pretty much all pre-tripping for Toyota was was done in Galt, usually in the lower yard. Jason has captured pretty much the beginning of the GP’s being assigned to the Galt Job.

Thanks Kevin! The Galt units were always kept fairly clean if I remember correctly. I think this was at the start of other 4-axle units being mixed in with the usual Galt assigned "Pups."
