<title>Comments on: The AMT (later the RTM and just recently rebranded as EXO) bought twenty dual mode ALP45-DP&#8217;s (able to operate in both diesel-electric and straight electric mode) from Bombardier in 2008, for use on the electrified Deux-Montagnes Sub. Unfortunately these engines have mostly seen use on non-electrified lines, but here AMT 1365 has its pantograph up as it approaches a pedestrian overpass in the Town of Mount Royal. In a few miles (at Ahuntsic Station) the pantograph will go down and this train will continue to Mascouche in diesel-electric mode. Unfortunately a light rail project (the Réseau express métropolitain) will soon replace this heavy rail line and Masouche-line trains will not be able to operate straight into Montreal&#8217;s Central Station, with commuters forced to switch trains.</title>
