	<title>Comments on: The beautiful old station at Amherst, NS still stands. Unfortunately, the local switcher assigned there when I passed thru this trip is long gone. The MLW S-12 #8241 was one of only 11 built for the CN, back in 1958. One has been preserved, the others all retired from the road by 1985.</title>
