		<description>My late uncle who was a dispatcher for CP in Winnipeg told me that during the &quot;grain rush&quot;,
they would temporarily have a fellow sent to Binscarth to give train orders to keep all the extra traffic moving.  for the longest time, there was a CP hexagonal water tank there which had an odd &quot;cut out&quot; on the track side of the building....I never did discover why.</description>
