	<title>Comments on: The competition arrives!

Doubles at Lakeshore / Stephenson Road

Unsurprisingly, rather infrequent and especially so given both are conventional freights.

Sprinter verses Grinder.

First on the scene is CNR 2301 ( GE ES44DC built 2008 ) east assisted by 2420 ( GE DASH 8-40CM built 1990 ) and DPU 2294 ( GE ES44DC built 2008, same CN class EF644l as 2301 ) grinding uphill through the curve at mile 281 CNR Kingston Subdivision

By comparison, CPR 8761 ( GE ES44AC built 2006 ) east assisted by 8916 ( GE ES44AC built 2011 ) sprints east at CPR Belleville Subdivision mile 155.6, station board sign Lovekin, easily overtaking CN 2301 east on the parallel line.
