<title>Comments on: The Dofasco Ore train is pictured rolling by the old wooden Englehart ONR station and offices onto the Temagami Sub en route to the Dominion Foundaries &amp; Steel Ltd. plant in Hamilton. The iron ore pellets being shipped are from the nearby Adams Mine, which is located about 7 miles south of Kirkland Lake, or 15 mi north of Englehart. Power this August 9, 1984 is ONR 1730, 1801, 1804 and 1736, which will give way to CN power at North Bay. Ore was shipped from Adams Mine during the period 1963 until it closed in early 1990, and from the Sherman Mine near Temagami from 1967 until its closure in 1989. As the mines were worked out, it became increasingly expensive to mine the ore and as a result there were no more Ore trains out of north after 1990.</title>
