Comments on: The first train after a historic agreement… As I’m sure everyone remembers, February 2020 brought Indigenous blockades on CN in Belleville. CN found some creative ways to get around that (one being a 750 mile detour through the ONR). The other solution was to detour onto CP and use the Winchester/Belleville/North Toronto/Mactier between Montreal and Toronto. CN Q145 (running as CP 703) was the first westbound to detour.
