Comments on: The last two active OSR RS-18U’s are paired up in Guelph as they back down one of the Guelph North spurs. This is what I will miss most when Cando takes over in July. It has been nice having a mainly MLW operated railroad so close to home. I have a lot of fond memories of the OSR on this line since start up in the late 1990′s and have met a lot of great employees here and even got to go on a full day ride along years ago. Thanks for the memories!

So Ontario Southland now has been dithered down to about have of their operations as of late. I love the G&W paint but I hope OSR can pick up some more track.

Far too late for that Steve. GEXR won the bidding.

The bidders were Cando, GIO Rail (trillium), GEXR, and Railserve.
