<title>Comments on: The last two weeks of the OSR&#8217;s operations on the Cayuga subdivision were remarkable for a couple reasons. On this day it was the first time a pair of F units ran all the way from St. Thomas to Tillsonburg on the line. While F units did run to Aylmer on the St. Thomas job, they never did run east of Aylmer in a pair until April 23. A single F unit with a geep made the trek a few times, but was never a pair. A week later, OSR would run matching F units for the first and last time &#8211; the OSR boys really know how to go out in style!
OSR has just finished pulling the 2 flatcars from the Loop Line Transfer and is working the former CNR/CPR/NS yard, remarkably the eastbound home signal for the CPR/CNR crossing in Tillsonburg still stands after all this time as pictured above. The CPR tracks were removed in the late 1990&#8242;s i&#8217;m led to believe, but I stand to be corrected on that one. Folks who were there informed me there was a yard on the south side still standing when OSR took over in &#8217;97 but CPR quickly ripped it out.</title>
