As you have suggested the image is likely train 54 The Capital, the rear portion of the train becomes #44 at Brockville. The Rapido #62 followed by 90 minutes out of Union. I believe&#039;78 may have been the last year Via split trains at Brockville (excluding the 
new J train concept today)

The consist, with a baggage car on each end and a club car in the middle suggests a train which splits in Brockville with sections for Montreal and Ottawa.  Rapidos did not split en route.  If the one shown here is a morning train, it likely is the &quot;Lakeshore&quot;.</description>
