Great capture Steve! I rode the Super Continental along this route in September of 1988 and again as the Canadian in January of 2018. – Ken

That was during the time that the “Super” and the “Canadian” traded sleeping cars at Winnipeg. The “Manor” car will be moved to the “Canadian” there. I rode this train a lot back then between my home in Edmonton and my parent’s home in the Vancouver area.
