Comments on: The often illusive SW900, Evraz #11 emerges from the roll shop with some freshly loaded coil cars on a hazy May evening. Recent news states that the Russian based steel company (Evraz) has decided to sell off it’s North American subsidiaries including this Regina location. Evraz has owned the mill since 2008, before which it was owned and operated by IPSCO since the late 1950′s. At one point the IPSCO was the largest employer in the city of Regina.
