	<title>Comments on: The originating crew on train 608 [crude oil loads] have parked their train in the siding at Gravel during the night.  As the only road access here is near the west switch, the head end power  – cp9702 / cp8530 – was brought  to the west end and positioned in the siding near the tail end remote. The new crew has arrived and is backing the head end power out of the siding onto the main line. They will then proceed eastward  to the east switch, back onto the train and continue on to the next crew change point at Schreiber.</title>
