<title>Comments on: The Pointe St-Charles switcher with GP9 CN 7233, slug CN 227 and one boxcar (for the Kruger plant) is crossing Monk Boulevard as two crewmembers flag this rarely used crossing. The train is on the Turcot Holding Spur, which reopened around the start of the month after being closed since August, due to infrastructure and track work nearby.</title>
