		<description>Oh, we still use steam, but only in July and August when we have 4 scheduled runs each working day. In the shoulder seasons there is only 1 run on weekdays (Tues. thru Fri.) so it isn&#039;t worth spending over $100 in fuel to get the steamer percolating for just one run when the revenue intake could be only $29 or so on a slow day. Problem is, you never know what days are gonna be slow until it happens.</description>
