	<title>Comments on: The second westbound out of Edmonton immediately after the strike of &#8217;95 was the highly lucrative chemical products train 411. Edmonton&#8217;s chemical companies were steamed about the strike. I don&#8217;t know if it is just a coincidence, but it is led by CN&#8217;s newest power.
The steam in the background is  from Inland Cement&#8217;s facility, not Dow Canada&#8217;s HQ.</title>
