Comments on: The town of Dinsmore Saskatchewan is named after a land owner to the north who owned the land a post office was built upon in 1907. In 1913 CNoR built a railway through the area and the post office was moved to the new town site. Today Big Sky Rail, a division of Mobil Grain operates the former CN Elrose Sub.
