	<title>Comments on: The tracks over to CN&#8217;s Courtnay Bay yard are in rough shape. At sunrise, CN B730 slowly negotiates it&#8217;s train around the &#8220;rock cut&#8221; and are on the move to set off the cars at Courtnay Bay to be unloaded. The tail end of the train is still in CN&#8217;s Island Yard, blocking crossings with their slow journey over.</title>
