<title>Comments on: The winter of 1983-84, BBD test unit 7004 teams up with leased QNS&amp;L SD40,s WB at CP Quebec Street, London. Can any body help with train number and a better date for this photo. All info has been erased with time on my sheets for this picture. The air tanks on the QNS&amp;L units have been moved into the rear of the car body by the air compressor. Larger fuel capacity because of the remoteness of the Quebec North shore and the air tanks being located inside the car body had less chance of an air freeze up in the extreme temperatures in Quebec during winter.</title>
