	<title>Comments on: There are some things that will never happen again&#8230;.at least that&#8217;s what you tell yourself each time you see it. SD40-2&#8242;s are pretty common on rail and work trains and are still a delight to see. How about one leading the hottest rain on the London Division? Along with SD60 6248, 6012 is delighting in a short train of 40 empty multis putting out a sound that is so 1990&#8230;perfect. I wonder if I&#8217;ll ever see that again?</title>

Every single class 1 rosters the sd40-2 in some form or another on their roster as their versatility and reliability continue to pay dividends 50 years later.</description>
