Comments on: There’s a bit of a delay at the busy intersection of Dundas Street W and Bay Street in downtown Toronto, as a very fresh looking TTC Ford C-series “line truck” makes emergency repairs to the overhead catenary in the middle of the intersection. TTC PCC 4270 (A3-class, CC&F 1942) pauses on an eastbound Harbord run with passengers leaning out of the windows to catch a glimpse of the delay, and a transit supervisor (or police officer?) chatting with the operator. Another PCC, possibly on a Dundas run to City Hall Loop, waits behind.
