It’s seen here briefly exiting the plant to grab cars from the CN (ex BC Rail) interchange. I made an impulse decision to drive out to the plant to see if I could spot their switcher’s (they supposedly have two on site), within seconds of my pulling up to the crossing this thing showed up! sometimes you just get lucky! The unit was once MILW 650.
