AW you sure can stir up the memories mister!
I had not hired on when you took this shot, but I remember running those SW12RS’s many times. Including 5 of them lashed up on my nightly run from Oshawa to Aldershot and back on train 403. Those li’l buggers could pull when they were running well and man they put on quite the light show from the exhaust stack despite the spark arrestors!

Nice seeing those 1200 Series coupled that way. I see the 1214 has the Arctic Boy Water Cooler sitting on the rear deck. Just paper cups being thrown out the window back then.
