Comments on: This is the area of London Ont that I grew up in during the 1950′s. Though much has changed the platforms & their canopies have remained. I had a signed release from the CN staff in the black tower, & after showing it to the CN police I walked over to the platform area & took a few photographs. It’s always nice to get up close to rail activity in an area that is safe. Even the weather cooperated. It was a great & interesting day with many VIA trains coming & going. One of my rules was to get permission to be on the property, never stand in the tracks or on the rails, never climb on the equipment, & only take pictures.
