	<title>Comments on: This OSR day started with a bang with a pair of F units following a pair of pups, then chasing light power to St. Thomas but the real action was after the OSR boys lifted cars to bring to Tillsonburg and Courtland.  Approaching the town of Tillsonburg I chose to frame this rural farm  between train related subjects and went really wide. I find it hard to believe that Larry Broadbent&#8217;s capture in 1978 would have ran thru here at 60 MPH, but that and much more did until 1996. A mostly rural and mennonite area, reminders of OSR/CN&#8217;s return to service still adorn the odd crossbuck. The first train was in November 2016 though.. and a certain someone linked in this caption was on that first train :)</title>

		<description>Brad - IGPC not much, a car or two a month probably - the plant has a lot of rail but rarely uses rail service as corn is sourced locally and the output is going to nearby Nanticoke/Sarnia refineries so trucking. The plant was built &quot;with rail&quot; as it was a  &quot;kit&quot; plant built to spec. Maybe in a bad year they import corn, or depends on market.

Since IGPC is private property and not owned by the railway you have to have an agreement to use their rails to store cars or IGPC can offer to store cars. Smart idea but who knows what IGPC&#039;s reasoning is or if they even thought of the idea.</description>
