<title>Comments on: This photo of the C&amp;O Chessie caboose was taken from the lower deck (vehicle traffic) of the Whirlpool Bridge over the Niagara River Gorge on US Independence Day, July 4, 1983, as we drove west into Canada. The Chessie train from Buffalo has left NY State and is entering Canada, headed westbound into Niagara Falls across the adjacent, upstream, Michigan Central Bridge. The MC bridge is of course no longer used and the associated mainline tracks through Niagara Falls are no more. Those Detroit &amp; Mackinac box cars were often seen.</title>
