Comments on: This photo was taken by my friend Neil Smitherman. Here we have the Blue Water Chapter of the NRHS running an excursion on the C&O Canadian Division back in 1984. I was 16 at the time and remember watching this train go through Wheatley, Ontario as it ran from Detroit to St. Thomas, Ontario and return.
