<title>Comments on: This streetcar is named &#8216;The Rocket&#8217; and was the first electric streetcar in use in Montreal when it was introduced into service in 1892 on the Montreal Street Railway. It was built by Brownell Car Company In St. Louis and was retired in 1914. Thankfully it was kept for preservation and was donated to the Canadian Railroad Historical Association in 1956.
