Comments on: This was a rare move at the time, with no customers east of Guelph until Canwel opened up in Acton in 2018, there was almost no reason for 580 to go east of town unless they had to rescue 431 on the hill or some other odd move occurred. This was one of them, and as I recall I chanced on this while out. From what I recall GEXR decided to store loaded grain cars in the siding at Rockwood and 580 had to grab them, days later for the Shantz Terminal, allowing this at the time rare scene on a beautiful spring afternoon.

The red scheme of GEXR 3821, there's a few of them around with different reporting marks/lease companies including an LTEX at Clarkson now. What is that scheme assuming they all came from the same company?
