Comments on: This was an unusual movement. A pair of RS-18s came into Rockingham Yard with a train and then headed west van hop. It was very unusual to see a pair of RS-18s on the road in the Halifax area at this time. CN 3624 was wearing a variation of the noodle paint scheme that a few RS-18s and RSC-14s wore – a yellow frame stripe replacing the white (gray) stripe that was standard with that scheme.
