In the good old days back then, they were very railfan friendly. I used to go to the shop office and sign a release, they gave me a hard hat and said watch for train movements at any time. I got a few great shots some times, but not as great as yours. LOL i was just a kid with a cheap camera that loves trains. Hmmm, hopefully I have got a bit better at takin pics.
