Comments on: This was one for the ‘fans, with CN’s Grand Trunk Heritage unit leading a VIA Siemens Venture set on the Halton sub on what was a completely cloudy chase, until they went north on the Halton sub. We had a suckerhole that lasted about an hour, but they sat in the hole at Ash for, almost an hour, waiting for a meet. Watching the clouds slowly roll in none of us were sure if we’d even get the sunshine, 2 minutes after the train passed the sun would be gone for good. phew.

Thanks! That wide open expanse is now gone, as a large overpass is completed where the piers are.

Soon more tracks will be installed and the terminal should be taking shape
