GEXR has since switched to the Guelph Junction Railway and CN took back the Guelph Subdivision and its branches. Here’s a meet of both Guelph trains in the before times as one sits on the wye waiting for OSR to clear. Typical of the era, GEXR leased a few locomotives from Locomotive Leasing Partners (and other companies such as CEFX) over the years keeping it colourful until G&W orange really took hold a few years later, and the leased locomotives were bought out and painted.
