The railway’s first four locomotives, which had arrived on GEXR during 1992 and 1994, were given names of certain Shakespearean characters by RailTex. GP9 177 was named &#8220;Titania&#8221;, GP9 178 was named &#8220;Paulina&#8221;, GP9 179 was named &#8220;Portia&#8221; and GP9 180 was named &#8220;Falstaff&#8221;, as Stratford is the home of the historic Canadian Shakespearean Festival.</title>
