	<title>Comments on: Todays #431 would be brought down to a crawl from wet rails and the steep grade up the Niagara Escarpment. GP35 #2211 with all RailAmerica markings removed was a nice change leading this day. The sound of the train barely making 2mph brought many locals out in the rain to the old bridge to witness the trains very slow passage.</title>
