		<description>Thanks Todd. Yes, the tankers were sitting where the Harrisburg Sub was. At this time a small portion of that line still crossed Market Street in Paris as a switching lead. My first visit to Paris was only a couple months prior and during that time and the following few years there always seemed to be cars on these tracks as well.</description>
