	<title>Comments on: TTC CLRV 4000, one of three CLRV&#8217;s painted painted in commemorative liveries during 1984 (5 cars total including two PCC&#8217;s) loops around Fleet Loop by the old Queen&#8217;s Wharf lighthouse, while operating on a 521 King-Exhibition route (via Bathurst &amp; Fleet). Car 4000 was specifically painted yellow and blue for Ontario&#8217;s Bicentennial anniversary (1784-1984).
