It may look like a sunny winter afternoon, but the two ladies disembarking from the streetcar are clearly dressed for the season, and only a few windows on the 4378 are cracked open for some air. The coating of salty road grime was not kind to the TTC PCC fleet over the years, nor the CLRV and ALRV fleets that followed.
