Comments on: TTC “Small Witt” 2894 is adorned with banners but operating as a regular service car on the last day of Bay-Dupont streetcar service (operated as the Dupont route) on February 28th 1963, seen here headed north on Bay Street at Front Street. The new University subway line that opened the same day ended regular streetcar service on Bay, which was replaced with the route 6 Bay diesel bus and later trolleybus service.
