As far as I can tell &#8211; any train over 2800 tonnes is likely to get pushers on the Hamilton sub (TrAM &#8211; Train Area Marshalling &#8211; this rule is likely specific to this grade) which means just about all Northbounds, except empty Ethanols and short trains get the pusher treatment.
