		<description>I know that FRED&#039;s were coming, but they weren&#039;t here yet. CN was also looking at radio control. 
It looks like it might simply be a shelter for the cables/hoses that connect units.
Interesting observation, though. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will step in.</description>
